Junior Luke is a dedicated community sports coach and Young People’s Inclusion Officer with over 15 years of experience supporting and coaching young people, from early years to Key Stage 4, with a strong emphasis on promoting healthy living. Junior has organised and facilitated numerous competitions, actively engaging with senior leaders to create opportunities for young people to excel. He has a natural talent for identifying and nurturing emerging skills, helping young people chart pathways for their personal and professional growth.

In his role as a Young People’s Inclusion Officer, Junior ensures that all young people, regardless of background, have equal access to opportunities that support their development and well-being. His work has brought extensive benefits to the communities he serves by fostering healthier, more active, and engaged young people.
