What to expect 

Book your place

Across the week, young people will take part in a varied programme of sports, arts and crafts, games and group activities. Our aim is to provide an enjoyable and supportive place for young people to spend their half term, try different activities and connect with others.

Places are limited, so early registration is recommended. Complete the registration form below to choose your child’s attendance, provide the information we need to support them safely and make payment securely by card.

What ages can attend the October Half Term Activity Scheme?

The scheme is designed for children aged 5–11 years old. Activities will include a mixture of sports, arts and crafts, fun and games throughout the week.

 

When is the October Half Term Activity Scheme?

The scheme runs from Monday 26th October to Friday 30th October at St Francis Primary Catholic School, Maryland Park, E15 1HB.

 

What are the daily times?

The scheme runs from 8:45 AM to 4:30 PM each day, Monday to Friday. Drop-off begins at 8:45 AM.

 

What should my child bring?

Children should come in comfortable clothing suitable for taking part in sports, games and other activities. Please clearly label your child’s belongings.

 

Can I book individual days?

Yes. You can book the full five-day week for £55 or choose individual days for £15 per day.

During registration, simply select either the full week or the individual days you would like your child to attend.

 

Is there a sibling discount?

Yes. A 10% sibling discount is available for families registering more than one child.

Each child needs to be registered separately so that we have the correct contact, health, support and consent information for every child attending.

 

What activities will be available?

The October scheme will include a mixture of sports, arts and crafts, fun and games, giving children plenty of opportunities to get involved and enjoy their half term.

 

What information will I need to provide when registering?

You’ll be asked for your child’s details, parent/carer and emergency contact information, relevant medical or allergy information, any additional support needs, permissions and the days you would like your child to attend.

This information helps the Steve Browne Foundation understand your child’s needs and support them appropriately during the scheme.

 

How do I book?
